Recently, the Thai Nguyen City People's Committee has cooperated with VNPT and BIDV to hold a conference on launching 4.0 market model - cashless payment market in the area.

According to the city roadmap, Thai Nguyen will launch 4.0 market model at 8 markets in the area, including: Dong Quang, Dong Quang 2, Su pham, Nui Voi, Quyet Thang, Chua Hang, Quan Trieu and Tan Long. The remaining communes and wards will actively implement and replicate the model later.

Accordingly, small traders and business households at the above-mentioned markets will be equipped with QR code scanning for non-cash payment; using all kinds of invoices and receipts at the market in electronic form; collecting payments (electricity charges, location rent…) and paying salaries to officials and employees at the market in a non-cash form; guiding to put products on the e-commerce platform…
