September 15th, 2014 is a remarkable milestone in the cooperative relationship between VNPT Group and Hoa Binh’s People’s Committee as shown by the signing of the Agreement of Strategic and Overall collaboration in terms of Telecommunication and IT between 2014 and 2020.

After more than 5 years, VNPT has never ceased to deeply invest in upgrading and expanding the technology and the facilities of the Telecommunication and IT network for the construction of Hoa Binh’s electronic administration. With ever-improving ICT, CPI, Hoa Binh has now worn a new appearance.

Besides building a particular virtual network for the Party’s bureau for the sake of management and direction of the leaders to be thorough, fast and secure, VNPT has also installed high-speed wire transmitters for the province’s organizations. Alongside, VNPT has launched the improvements regarding mobile network infrastructure and the quality of the coverage.
