According to the statistics of Hai Duong province, as of October 28, 2020, the whole province has about 10,000 organizations and enterprises using the digital signature service provided by VNPT, an increase of 2,000 units compared to the beginning of the year.

To facilitate newly established businesses, the Department of Information and Communications is cooperating with digital signature service providers in the area to implement a policy to support 50% of the cost of using this service.

Public digital signature service is commonly applied in e-commerce transactions to authenticate participants in transactions and verify the safety of online transactions. According to VNPT's representative, using VNPT-CA's digital signature, individuals and businesses will save time and travel expenses for negotiating and signing contracts, because all can be done through the network. Not only confined to the country, the digital signature authentication service allows businesses to access business opportunities wherever digital signatures are recognized.
