On December 14, 2022, the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) and the People's Committee of Bac Kan province held a conference to review the 2-year implementation of the Cooperation Agreement for the period of 2020 - 2025. This is the time for VNPT and Bac Kan Provincial People's Committee to look back on the results achieved in the past two years, and signed a cooperation agreement to consult and coordinate in implementing digital transformation tasks in 2023 between the two parties.

Over the past two years, as a strategic cooperation partner in telecommunications and information technology (IT) and digital transformation, VNPT has focused on investing resources in both technology, finance and human resources to develop telecommunications and IT infrastructure as well as digital transformation projects for Bac Kan province and have achieved many encouraging results.

With the results achieved in the past 2 years, the People's Committee of Bac Kan province has placed its complete trust in the capacity and experience of VNPT. This led to the signing of a memorandum of cooperation in consulting and coordinating to implement digital transformation tasks of 2023 between Bac Kan Provincial People's Committee and VNPT Group.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman of VNPT Group To Dung Thai highly appreciated the determination to implement digital transformation of the leaders of Bac Kan province, and pledged to focus VNPT’s best resources to accompany Bac Kan during digital transformation.
