On January 26^th, 2015, the People’s Committee of Cao Bang and VNPT Group have signed the agreement to collaborate on telecommunication and IT. Since them, the telecommunication – IT facilities and some vital fields of Cao Bang have changed for the better.

5 years is not too long a period of time, but sufficient to prove the sky-high determination of the Leaders of the People’s Committee of Cao Bang in the application of technology to improve the methods of managing and governing national systems, as well as contributing to the improvement in the living conditions of the civilians and facilitating the development of businesses. Besides, this also corroborates the capabilities, skills and experience of a state’s enterprise like VNPT when accompanying Cao Bang in constructing a civilized and innovative administration.
