As one of the first province and city in Viet Nam to launch Smart city, the People’s Committee of Da Lat is quick to realize the importance of a holistic Management center, thereby quickly and holistically grasp every essential aspect happening in the city in order to put forward timely decisions.

With the close cooperation of VNPT Group, in the past many years, up to November/2019, Da Lat’s IOC has been in operation. After 6 years, IOC of Da Lat has brought about certain benefits, maximizing on the support for the People’s Committee.

The fact that Da Lat and VNPT Group has successfully cooperated on the construction of Da Lat’s IOC is regarded as a big step towards Da Lat’s Smart city goals, which aim to confer practical benefits to the people, tourists and enterprises. IOC will also provide holistic information about the activities going on in the city. After 6 months launching, IOC has helped civil bureaus direct, manage tasks more rapidly and effectively.
