On June 20th’s morning, the People’s Committee of Ha Giang has hosted the opening ceremony of the Intelligent Operation Center (IOC).

Ha Giang’s IOC has the ability to supervise and manage from central to regional situations; criteria concerning the socio-economic situation; service quality situation; civil services situation... in order to build Ha Giang in to a smart, model, city, improve living standards for citizens and improve the activities of State’s bureau, making economic progress.

The total budget dedicated to the operation has reached 2 billion, 1,5 billion of which is funded by VNPT.
