VNPT will participate in building a digital transformation program applicable to Thu Duc city and then proceed to carry out a trial operation and finally hold a tender. Ho Chi Minh City and VNPT coordinate to build digital infrastructure and digital platforms.

VNPT proposes to Ho Chi Minh City to choose Thu Duc city to pilot a digital transformation project on OneGov software to connect all databases from health, education, the environment ...; from there setting a premise for deployment and application for the whole Ho Chi Minh City in building smart cities, promoting the development of the digital economy. The leaders of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee agree with VNPT's proposal to apply OneGov software to perform digital transformation.
