VNPT Smart eKYC Solution for Bank/Business is the destination of Transaction Offices of Banks, Financial Institutions, Telecommunication, Healthcare, Hotel, Tourism as well as citizen reception points of state agencies such as: Insurance, Tax, People's Committee at all levels...

Currently, the solution has been deployed in practice for the Foreign Trade Bank of Vietnam (Vietcombank) with the RM Apps application module to register for priority customers' biometric information and the facial recognition scanning application (Scan Face ID) to perform check-in for priority customers. The solution has also just been put into application and combined with digital devices to register for opening medical examination and treatment cards for customers at Central Children's Hospital. According to the plan, in 2021, the solution will be implemented according to VNPT's plan and officially introduced by the Group's sales staff in 63 provinces/cities to state agencies, organizations and businesses. It is expected that the number of customers who deploy and apply the solution in 2021 will be 3 banks with 55 transaction points and open a complete intelligent customer identification process and system.

In 2020, the solution received the Smart City Vietnam Award organized by the Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA). Most recently, the solution also won the Sao Khue Award 2021 in the category of new software products and solutions. These awards are the clearest demonstration of the outstanding advantages that the solution brings.
