Recently, the People's Committee of Kien Giang province in collaboration with VNPT have held a ceremony to officially put Kien Giang Provincial Electronic Office platform into operation.

Kien Giang province’s E-Office platform has created a modern 4.0 working environment, promoted IT application, improved the efficiency of administrative reform and contributed to the widespread deployment of the provincial e-government development roadmap.

To prepare for the official operation of this e-office platform, from June 15 to June 27, 2023, VNPT coordinated with the provincial Department of Information and Communications to organize training for 645 units with a total of 2,314 employees in the locality.

Through the process of building and piloting this platform, up to now, the E-Office platform has been qualified to be put into operation and officially exploited to serve well for agencies and units in the province in directing, operating and handling work files in accordance with current regulations.
