With the advent of new functions and the convenient and efficient use, NCOVI app rapidly reached nearly 7 million users at 12h on April 22nd, 2020.

The development of this app was directed by the Ministry of Healthcare and the Ministry of Information and Communications in collaboration with VNPT and other IT enterprises.

NCOVI is recommended for nationwide use by the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Ministry of Healthcare to provide supportive data for the health department, thereby identifying noteworthy cases in time to guarantee proactive and timely pandemic resistance.

The app is continually improved with several superior functions, most notably the QR code scanner, health cross-examination.
