Recently, Tay Ninh’s People’s Committee has collaborated with VNPT to officially open Tay Ninh’s Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) and Tourism Information Portal. This is the initial result of a collaboration deal between the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh and VNPT in terms of telecommunication, IT, electronic administration, digital government, smart city management in 2019-2025.

Tay Ninh’s IOC helps people give feedback on civil issues via Tay Ninh 1022 mobile device, as well as helps the administration receive and resolve problems quickly, exactly and efficiently. The application also allows people to keep track with feedback addressing results transparently.
