On October 23rd, 2021, the People’s Committee of Thu Duc city officially opened the Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) which was constructed in collaboration with VNPT Group.

This system provides the City’s authority with a holistic, concentrated, 360-degree view over ongoing activities, performs supervisory functions and manages service quality in an all-around manner, allowing analysis of big data, supporting decision-making, designing organizational plans, mechanism and executive policies that can be applied to specific scenarios.

Thu Duc city’s IOC is launched with multiple functions covering all aspects of executive management: Socio-economic analysis system; Bureaucratic procedures settlement watchdog body; Database of the Department of Education; Database of the Healthcare industry; Geospatial Intelligence System “GIS”.

Thu Duc city’s IOC has initially fulfilled the role of a “digital brain” that helps the leaders in executive management, serving the civilians and enterprises of Thu Duc.
