Recently, VNPT Ha Nam and Ha Nam Provincial Youth Union have held a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement on Telecommunications – Information Technology (IT) and Communications for the period 2023-2027.

With the desire to maximize the strengths of both sides, mobilize combined resources to support each other in performing functions and tasks well in order to improve the operational efficiency of each side, at the same time bring mutual benefits for the society and effectively implement the Resolution of the Party Congress, Ha Nam Provincial Youth Union and VNPT signed a cooperation agreement on telecommunications - IT and communications for the period 2023-2027.

The signing ceremony is a practical activity for the two units to deploy software systems, services, utilities, products, digital communications... to improve the application of information and communications technology, promote digital transformation in the work of the Youth Union, the associations, teams and movement activities. This helps contribute to fostering and educating the young generation to be pioneering, proactive, creative, actively absorbing and applying science, technology, and digital utilities to their work and life while encouraging the spirit of entrepreneurship and creativity, and promoting the digital transformation of the country and the locality.
