VNPT has participated in the Conference on reviewing Post and Telecommunications business activities in 2022 and deploying tasks in 2023 organized by the Department of Information and Communications of the province, together with other businesses in the area.

VNPT will also promote non-cash payment using VNPT Money in carrying out administrative procedures and essential services for people; giving instructions to people about how to use accounts and e-wallets for online payment of public service fees and charges. Especially, VNPT will actively participate in building e-government, digital government, administrative reform, implementing online public services; contributing to improving and increasing the ranking of PCI, PAR Index, PAPI, SIPAS indexes of the province, promoting digital transformation, developing digital economy and digital society in the locality.
