Thanks to the strategic cooperation agreement signed between VNPT Group and Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee 3 years ago, Da Lat Smart City has achieved positive results, which is an important stepping stone for the digital transformation process of Da Lat.

Da Lat City has coordinated with VNPT to complete and put into operation an information portal and software on mobile devices which announce the Da Lat city planning.

VNPT has also helped Da Lat city to complete and put into use the tourism portal and Dalat City application software. Up to now, 1,570 accommodation establishments, 819 restaurants, 138 tourist sites, 96 shopping places, 561 entertainment points and nearly 1,000 public utility places have been updated; provided information on Da Lat city (police directory, ATM, gas station, hospital, pharmacy, garage, parking...). In addition to using the application's utilities, tourists can contact the authorities via hotline numbers for assistance in solving problems arising when traveling in Da Lat. To date, there have been 1.2 million visits, an average of 1,500 per day.
