On October 18, 2021, at the headquarters of the Nam Dinh Department of Education and Training, a conference to summarize the three-year implementation of the cooperation agreement for the period 2018-2020 and the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement on IT application deployment for the period 2021-2025 took place.

The conference witnessed the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement for the period of 2021-2025 between Nam Dinh Department of Education and Training and two network operators including VNPT Group with 6 main contents: Building an ecosystem development plan for comprehensive digital transformation in all fields of the education and training sector of Nam Dinh province; Continue to deploy software to support administration and teaching activities in schools; Connecting school - family - society; Building database system of education and training sector in Nam Dinh province; Building and implementing a digital transformation ecosystem for teaching, learning, testing, evaluation and scientific research activities; Propaganda and dissemination to raise awareness; Training and fostering digital capabilities for teachers, educational administrators, staff and students; Improving conditions to guarantee the application of information technology and digital transformation in education and training.

On the basis of the newly-signed cooperation agreement, in the coming time, VNPT will accompany the education sector of Nam Dinh province to make it one of the leading one in the country, and turn the Department of Education and Training of Nam Dinh province into the digitalization leader in the province.
