On June 23, 2021, in Nam Dinh, VNPT Group and Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee held the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement on telecom - IT period 2021 - 2025. Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of People's Committee Pham Dinh Nghi province, Chairman of the Board of Members of VNPT Group Pham Duc Long, Acting General Director of VNPT Huynh Quang Liem attended.

Realizing the goal of building a smart city, e-government towards digital government, digital economy and digital society in Nam Dinh has just been confirmed by the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) in the report evaluating the results of the implementation of the cooperation program between the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province and VNPT Group in the period 2014-2020.

It is the main goal in the cooperation agreement that VNPT Group and the People’s Committee of Nam Dinh have determinedly implemented since the beginning days. Both sides focus on building e-Government, smart city and holistic digitization in accordance with the “macro to micro” spirit. Nowadays, iOffice has been launched to 100% of the units, departments and authoritative offices of the city as well as healthcare centers, general hospitals,… 100% of the documents are sent to the system for efficiency enhancement in specialized direction, managerial tasks of the whole department and 100% of the province’s school.
