On the morning of September 15, 2023, VNPT donated 50 million VND to the victims of the mini apartment block fire in Khuong Dinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

It is known that VNPT was the first business to participate in supporting the donation program when Hanoi newspaper first launched it. Representing Hanoi New Newspaper, Deputy Editor-in-Chief Lai Ba Ha received the donation and sent thanks to the leaders and employees of VNPT for their joining hands to support the victims in the incident.

The fire at the mini apartment block in Thanh Xuân District, Hà Nội, late September 12 claimed 56 lives, making it the most deadly fire incident in the country in recent years.
