On June 16th, 2022, VNPT’s XXIII Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress 2022-2027 took place with the participation of 145 distinguished union members representing the Group’s 4390 youth union members.

The Congress was honored to welcome comrade Nguyen Minh Triet – General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union alongside Leaders from Offices and Departments of the Central Union. The Congress was also happy to welcome comrade Hoang Thi Minh Thu - Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee; Block’s Member of the Party Executive Committee, General Secretary of the Central Businesses Block Union, and comrade To Dung Thai – Party’s General Secretary, President of the VNPT’s Member Council who participated in and led the Congress.

After an earnest, quick, serious, democratic, united, and innovative day, with a great sense of responsibility, the Congress has completed its agenda and succeeded.
