On the basis of the results achieved from the cooperation agreement for the period 2014-2020, recently, on September 22nd, Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee and VNPT Group continued to sign a strategic cooperation agreement on Information Technology and Telecommunications in the period of 2021-2026.

With this cooperation agreement, Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) will continue to be a companion Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee to bring scientific and technological advances in telecommunications and information technology, training high-quality human resources in telecommunications and information technology to serve local socio-economic sectors.

VNPT Group will also continue to help Hoa Binh province in building e-Government and developing smart cities, aiming to become one of the successful localities in developing e-Government and smart urban in the foreseeable future.
