This is one of the results that VNPT has achieved after 3 years of commitment to building an e-government between the Ministry of Information and Communication and the People's Committee of Quang Binh. With the opening of broadband / Internet services in Tan Trach and Thuong Trach in September 2020, Quang Binh has done 100% optical fiberization of the infrastructure throughout the province and successfully built the basic foundations of including: Intelligent Operation Center; Electronic one-stop system and public service portal.
