By supplying payment means for 725 services on the Platform, VNPT is currently the first outfit to incorporate payments of all services provided via this system.

After over 7 years launching, the National Public Service Platform is step by step promoting optimization in the resolution of red tape. On July 1^st, 2020, 6 services to be provided on the National Public Service Platform include: Electronic copy certification; Voluntary insurance; Health Insurance renewal for household; Changing 4^th degree driving license; Traffic fines submission. These are very practical services, directly affecting millions of people.
