In parallel with the cooperation agreement in the field of telecommunications with preferential policies for products, mobile services, Internet transmission and VNPT E-Learning education system for schools, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation for digital transformation between VNPT Ho Chi Minh City and District 10 People's Committee on September 23, 2021 represents the strategic vision and determination of the two units on the journey of National Digital Transformation.

Telecommunications and Digital Transformation are the main contents of the cooperation agreement between the two parties. In the first phase of cooperation, VNPT Ho Chi Minh City is committed to accompanying the District 10 People's Committee to deploy 5 preferential policies on products, mobile services, Internet connection, and E-Learning education system for schools, actively supporting the people, parents, and students in District 10 during the complicated epidemic period. In particular, in the next phase, the cooperation agreement in the field of digital transformation between the two units is considered as a strategic direction, in line with the global digitalization trend.

VNPT Ho Chi Minh City will be the unit accompanying the People's Committee of District 10 to implement digital transformation programs in various fields. Through specific application consulting activities, implementation of advanced technology platforms, practical digital solutions, VNPT HCMC will help the People's Committee of District 10 build an accurate and efficient, transparent, and economical public administration that will serve the administration and management from the Committee level to the locality and neighborhood, contributing to the successful implementation of the National Digital Transformation journey.
