With the strength of having a wide system of post offices throughout the province, a force of tellers and professional staff, Vinh Phuc Provincial Post Office will become an effective distribution channel for telecommunications products and services, Information technology provided by VNPT. In addition, the two sides also commit to cooperate and support the use and cross-selling of each other's products and services; coordinate to build and provide product and service packages of both units on the basis of exploiting the competitive advantages and brand strength of each unit.
