VNPT VinaPhone Hanoi implements a policy to support customers with children who are using children's locator watches or 2G/3G technology phones to upgrade to 4G technology children's locator watches.

This policy is to prepare for the plan to stop using old generation 2G and 3G mobile technology, contributing to popularizing smart devices using 4G technology for people according to the direction of the Ministry of Information and Communications. It also helps to promote participation in implementing digital transformation in Hanoi city, and at the same time create conditions for parents with young children who are using children's GPS watches or mobile phones with 2G and 3G technology to access 4G technology telecommunications services.

Accordingly, VNPT VinaPhone Hanoi in conjunction with children's GPS watch manufacturer myALO implements a support program to upgrade to myALO K74 children's GPS watch using 4G technology as follows: Customers having any old mobile phone or 2G/3G children's locator watch (when turned on, the screen still shows up, with charging cord) can come to VNPT Vinaphone Hanoi’s transaction points to exchange for a myALO K74 children's locator watch. They get a support amount of 700,000 VND and a Vinaphone 4G SIM each. The program is applied from now until August 31, 2024 with limited quantities.

MyALO children's GPS watch products have a genuine 12-month warranty and are distributed by the VNPT VinaPhone Hanoi transaction store system.
