On July 24, Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee and VNPT held the opening ceremony of the Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) of Hung Yen province. This is the place to collect and synthesize information in all fields, helping the leaders of Hung Yen province to direct and operate the province's activities.

Hung Yen province’s Intelligent Operation Centre (IOC) is the "digital brain", which is the place to synthesize, command and administer all socio-economic activities of the province through collecting, standardizing, analyzing and processing data, as well as making reports, decisions and directing activities of the province, effectively serving the leadership, direction and administration of the province in all fields.

IOC provides government leaders at all levels with a comprehensive view of the activities taking place in the area, promoting the interaction between people, businesses and State management agencies of the locality.
