The opening ceremony was held on June 5^th in the framework of the working meeting between the Ministry of Information and Communications and Hưng Yên Provincial Party Committee on developing information and communications at the local level.

The new online management information system of Hưng Yên Provincial Party Committee includes: paperless meeting room - VNPT eCabinet, video conference - VNPT eMeeting and Document Management Applications  - VNPT eOffice. This system is an important tool which strongly supports the Provincial Party Committee in managements and operations as well as helps save costs and contribute to the building of e-government.
