On 28/9, the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh openned Hoa Binh’s IOC. IOC was built by VNPT Group with a view to providing holistic statistics on the activities in the province.

The construction of IOC is the basis of the formation of advanced and model Hoa Binh’s Smart City, contributing to a quality boost in people’s lives and public bureaus’ operational efficiency, promoting sustainable economic progress. This is also one of the successes resulting from the attempts at building the province’s e-Government.

This course of action of Hoa Binh province once again asserts the effective and practical collaboration between Hoa Binh’s People’s Committee and VNPT Group. IOC developed by VNPT will lend authorities a holistic view upon socio-economy, thereby promptly and accurately decide with less time and effort in the process of supervision and management. Through this system, the interaction between the people and the government will be enhanced and civil satisfaction will be increased.
