Ever since 1992 when he became an officer of VNPT, Mr. Pham Duc Long - the newly – elected Chairman of VNPT's member council has had multiple vital positions in VNPT Group. In all positions, he left his marks as the galvanizer for every clerks to join hands and exert themselves for the development of the Group as well as of the nation as a whole.

Mr Pham Duc Long was born in 1970 and became a member of VNPT in 1992. During his span in VNPT Group, he has been assigned different key roles. When working in Ho Chi Minh City Post Office and now VNPT of Ho Chi Minh City, he has been entrusted with many important managerial positions in VNPT of Ho Chi Minh City ( a major outfit of the Group) like Head of Telecommunication Department, Vice Head of Ho Chi Minh City’s telecommunication and Director of Ho Chi Minh City’s Telecommunication. Since December 2013, Mr. Long has been appointed a member of the Members’ Council, Vice General Director of VNPT Group; and General Director of VNPT Group since April 2015. Since November 1^st, 2019, Mr. Pham Duc Long was entrusted with monitoring the Members’ Council of VNPT Group.

In all positions, Mr. Pham Duc Long has made contributions with multiple outstanding achievements in the development of VNPT Group.
