The results of cooperation in the period 2014-2020 between the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province and VNPT Group have made an important contribution to improving the administrative capability; step up and improve the province's administrative reform index and serve as a premise for the two sides to move towards a more comprehensive cooperation in the next phase with the goal of building an e-Government and more radical and extensive digital transformation in Ninh Binh.

On November 25^th, 2021, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee and VNPT Group signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement on building e-Government and digital transformation for the period 2021-2025, leading towards 2030.

Through the new phase cooperation agreement, the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province has identified VNPT Group as a comprehensive long-term strategic partner in consulting, implementing and testing digital transformation solutions for all levels of Ninh Binh provincial government, making Ninh Binh province one of the leading localities in digital transformation of the country. Within the framework of the law and its capabilities, resources and strengths, VNPT Group prioritizes Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee with the most advanced solutions and technologies to build e-Government, towards digital government, digital economy and digital society, in line with the development orientation of the Government and the specific conditions and development level of the region. At the same time, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee also creates favorable conditions for VNPT Group to participate in the implementation of digital transformation tasks of the province to build e-Government towards digital government, building a smart city for Ninh Binh province according to the provisions of law.
