According to the 2021-2025 strategic cooperation deal regarding IT – telecommunication, the People’s Committee of Bac Lieu and VNPT Group agree on 4 central issues: Cooperation on the supply of IT solutions to serve administrative reform, the construction of electronic government towards digital government; perfecting solutions to ensure information security; developing telecommunication – IT human resources in order to develop IT enterprises.

To build an e-Government, towards digital government in the period 2021-2025, especially to quickly help Bac Lieu catch up with top provinces in the region, the cooperation will be implemented in such a way as to promote the application of IT solutions and platforms to serve bureaucratic reform, building e-Government towards digital government.

Accordingly, based on the results of the 2015-2021 period, VNPT will intensify the construction of telecommunication and IT infrastructure, establishing a foundation for the development of smart city and e-Government. At the same time, VNPT will promptly perfect solutions to ensure data safety; improve specialized human resources for telecommunication and IT to bring technologies into areas such as aquaculture, manufacturing industry with the most cutting edge equipment and technologies in order to increase competitiveness in the global market.
