Following the successes of the 2014 -2020 cooperation period, on June 29, 2021, VNPT Group and the People's Committee of Thai Binh province signed a strategic cooperation agreement on telecommunication-IT, building e-government, digital transformation and smart city construction in the period of 2021-2026.

Speaking at the cooperation signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Khac Than, Chairman of Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee emphasized, through the cooperation process, many advanced solutions and technologies deployed by VNPT in Thai Binh bring great efficiency for the socio-economic development and disease prevention of the province. The efforts in the cooperation process in the period of cooperation between 2014 and 2020 of the VNPT delegation have been highly appreciated by the leaders of Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee and they will continue to believe in choosing VNPT as a cooperation partner to deploy Telecommunication - IT infrastructure, building e-government, digital transformation and building a smart city in the period of 2021 - 2026.

Accordingly, in the period of 2021 - 2026, in the field of Digital Government, VNPT commits to accompanying Thai Binh in the implementation of solutions such as: Smart City Operation Center (IOC), Public Administration Service; Text connection axis; Executive Reporting Information System; IT service and application integration platform; specialized database systems such as: Database of Health, Education, Industry and Trade, Investment, Labor, Transport, Civil Service, Civil status...; document digitization solution, online storage records.

In the field of Digital Economy, VNPT wishes to support businesses in the province in digital transformation to improve their ability to access markets and customers, optimize production, and improve competitiveness.
