With its technological strength, VNPT has actively participated in digital transformation programs and projects of Gia Lai province and its departments, branches and localities in order to contribute to the formation of a strong digital infrastructure platform, a rich digital ecosystem to meet the needs of socio-economic development in the area.

In April, 2023, the People’s Committee of Gia Lai and VNPT have signed a cooperation deal on the province’s digital transformation for the 2023-2025 period. Accordingly, VNPT's ecosystem of products and solutions is deployed, promptly and fully meeting the needs of socio-economic development such as: specialized data transmission network for provincial agencies, video conferencing from the Government to communal level, intelligent monitoring and operating centers (IOCs) in districts and towns; centralized information security monitoring system (SOC) for information technology systems serving provincial e-government; paperless meeting room (VNPT-eCabinet), an intelligent healthcare, business administration, electronic bill, digital signature,…, ecosystem.

Not only promoting cooperation with departments, branches and localities, VNPT Gia Lai also coordinates with the Provincial Tax Department to promote the deployment of e-invoice services, electronic receipts for organizations, units and enterprises. In the coming time, VNPT will continue to deploy database systems, form a strong digital infrastructure platform, a rich digital ecosystem in order to meet the needs of socio-economic development and the establishment of e-government in the province.
