In order to consolidate the cabinet, on August 6, 2021, the Party Committee of the Central Enterprise Division and the State Management Committee announced the decisions on approving the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, appointing 2 members to the Board of Members of VNPT Group. On the same day, VNPT Group also announced the decision to appoint 2 more Deputy General Directors, General Director of VNPT-Media and General Director of VNPT-IT.

According to Decision No. 328/QD-DU dated August 5, 2021, the Party Committee of Central Enterprises Division approved Mr. Huynh Quang Liem, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Members, and General Director of the Group to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee for the term 2020-2025.

According to Decision No. 369/QD-UBQLV dated August 5, 2021, Mr. To Dung Thai, Deputy General Director of the Group was appointed to hold the position of Member of the Board of Directors of VNPT Group.

According to Decision No. 372/QD-UBQLV dated August 5, 2021, Ms. Hoang Kim Binh, Deputy General Director of VNPT-Net was appointed to hold the position of Member of the Board of Directors of VNPT Group.

Also on the morning of August 6, 2021, VNPT Group announced the decisions to appoint 2 more Deputy General Directors of the Group and senior leaders of member units.

According to Decision No. 138/QD-VNPT-HDTV-TCNL and Decision No. 136/QD-VNPT-HDTV-TCNL dated August 5, 2021, Chairman of the Board of Members of VNPT Group decided to appoint Ms. Tran Thanh Thuy and Mr. Ngo Dien Hy Deputy General Directors of VNPT Group.

Appointed as Deputy General Director of the Group, Ms. Tran Thanh Thuy was also assigned to concurrently hold the position of Chairman of VNPT VinaPhone.

Appointed as the Group's Deputy General Director in charge of digital transformation, Mr. Ngo Dien Hy was also assigned to concurrently hold the position of Chairman of VNPT-Media.
