On June 2, VNPT and the People's Committee of Van Ban district in Lao Cai province held a conference to sign a strategic cooperation in information technology and telecommunications in the 2023-2027 period.

Under the agreement, the two sides want to maximize their strengths, mobilize synergistic resources to support each other to well perform their functions and tasks in order to improve operational efficiency and at the same time contribute to the common benefits of the local government, people and businesses.

Mr. Tran Minh Duc, Chief Representative of VNPT Group in Lao Cai, Director of VNPT Lao Cai expressed his desire to accompany Van Ban district in improving the district's digital transformation indicators, and emphasized the leading role of the local government in digital transformation to the people.
