On November 29^th, 2021, the Provincial Youth Union and VNPT Thanh Hoa started the construction of a charity house for Mrs. Vu Thi Thanh's household (born in 1955) in Dai Loc commune, Hau Loc district.

This is the second house under construction in Thanh Hoa. The total amount of financial support need to build a charity house for the family is VND 83 million, which is sponsored by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee and VNPT Vinaphone from the #Thank you, VietNam funding program.

Ms. Vu Thi Thanh's household is a local poor household. Her husband died prematurely due to a serious illness. She lives with her two daughters and grandchildren, both of whom do not have stable jobs. The construction of charity houses aims to improve social welfare, help poor families and disadvantaged households to have accommodation.
