With the solidarity spirit, alongside the social security package from the Government, VNPT Group has quickly spent 300 billion VND launching supportive policies for the affected people in the Covid – 19 pandemic.

The Covid-19 pandemic affected over 5 million workers in Vietnam, causing 85% of enterprises to face hardships and making extremelly negative impacts on the lives of the powerless. In such a situation, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has signed the Resolution on the 62-thousand-billion-dong social security package in order to aid the directly affected citizens.

As a state’s economic group, VNPT has always accompanied the Government’s policies and shared the burden with the people in the most practical and effective way. In the face of the impacts of the pandemic, recently, VNPT has officially launched the endowing program along with the Government’s package. The value of this aid package is estimated to reach over 300 billion VND.

This aid package is applied to VNPT’s customers who belong to the burdened category provided by the local Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. Accordingly, the endowed individuals will be entitled to price reduction policies of VinaPhone’s mobile data service or the fiber Internet service like FiberVNN, Home.
