Implementing the Government management program on building an e-Government, towards the goal of national digital transformation, on November 18, the State Capital Management Committee in Enterprises organized conference "Building e-Government and digital transformation of businesses" and "Opening document linkage Government Capital management". Document alignment axis of the State capital management is a system built and developed by the Information Center under the Board in coordination with VNPT Group.

19 State’s corporations and groups adopt the document linking axis to connect with the national document axis; thereby connecting with Document Management System and operating 4 administrative levels nationwide. This system will solve the problem of sending and receiving documents, especially the electronic management work between the Committee, departments, units and affiliated businesses, thereby, saving budget, shortening the time for document circulation, reducing administrative costs, creating a spillover effect on corporations and corporations in promoting the application of paperless offices.
