On November 4th’s morning, the Dan Phuong district and VNPT Ha Noi signed a strategic deal on telecommunication and IT.

Accordingly, VNPT Ha Noi will coordinate with the People’s Committee of Dan Phuong district in the process of constructing an electronic government in order to increase the efficiency of the state’s administrative system and civil service’s quality; building an e-government based on data and open data, towards digital administration.

Between 2020 and 2021, both sides will focus on cooperating, surveying, building and developing 4 IT applications including: Reports and Command system; Paperless meeting; Feedback response system, electronic information platform.
