On March 16, 2023, VNPT coordinated with Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) - Quang Ninh branch to successfully organize the signing ceremony of a bilateral comprehensive cooperation agreement.

Under the newly-signed agreement, VNPT will give priority to providing Agribank Quang Ninh branch with telecommunications and information technology products and services with optimal quality, reasonable costs, and appropriate incentives. At the same time, Agribank in Quang Ninh province will give priority to providing banking products and services to VNPT with reasonable and preferential interest rates and service fees according to regulations. At the same time, Agribank will also take flexible measures to secure loans and guarantees in accordance with VNPT’s financial capacity on the basis of business plans and projects.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, the leaders of both VNPT and Agribank emphasized that the signing of the bilateral cooperation agreement will promote the strengths of each party, thereby bringing practical values ​​and benefits to both sides. At the same time, the two sides pledged to work closely to effectively implement the contents of this agreement.
