In order to build an e-goverment, Ha Giang has sped up the efficient exploration and operation of the video conferencing service -VNPT Meeting which is provided by VNPT. The deployment of VNPT Meeting from communal to provincial levels has contributed to strong acceleration of the administrative reforms in Ha Giang.

VNPT Meeting has been deployed in Ha Giang since 2015 and it has proven the high efficiency of this service. For the first 4 months of this year, Ha Giang province has opened more than 100 meetings using VNPT Meeting video conferencing service.
