VNPT has recently coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union in Ben Tre Province to train and provide VNPT SmartCA digital signature for officials of the Provincial Youth Union and districts, city unions, and school unions under the Provincial Youth Union.

This is one of the specific implementation activities based on the cooperation agreement between Ben Tre Provincial Youth Union and VNPT, contributing to implementing the province's digital transformation policies and tasks, as well as responding to the National Transformation Day and Provincial Digital Transformation Day (October 10, 2023).

According to the Government's policy, each citizen must have a digital signature to perform online public services. Implementing this policy, Ben Tre province in 2023 strives to create 20,000 free digital signatures for officials, union members, youth and people throughout the province. Each digital signature is issued free of charge for 12 months. In the roadmap for October 2023, the relevant units will coordinate to support the successful installation of 10 thousand digital signatures (8 thousand digital signatures among pupils and students and 2 thousand digital signatures among union members, youth and people).
