In the city Tan An, the capital of Long An province, VNPT in this area has just held the signing ceremony of "Comprehensive cooperation agreement on telecommunications and information technology for the period of 2021 - 2025" with the City’s People's Committee. Accordingly, the two sides agreed to cooperate strategically together in all fields: Investment in telecommunications network infrastructure - information technology, especially mobile network infrastructure, fixed broadband.

In particular, VNPT will provide solutions and applications of information technology for administrative reform, building e-government towards digital government, digital economy and digital society for the city government of Tan An. At the same time, VNPT will support the development of projects and plans to deploy smart cities, focusing on the fields of traffic, health care, education, security and traffic surveillance camera systems, information control centers, etc. ... as well as perfecting solutions to ensure information security; develop human resources for telecommunications - information technology for the City government.

On this occasion, VNPT in Long An and the People's Committee of Tan An city also officially opened the "System to receive and respond to complaints and suggestions of people and businesses" in directing and operating socio-economic activities of the City.
