On February 11, 2023, Deputy General Director of VNPT Group Mr. Ngo Dien Hy attended the preliminary meeting of the National Digital Transformation Program, administrative reform and the results of the Project 06/CP implementation in Tra Vinh province in 2022.

At the conference, on behalf of VNPT, Mr. Ngo Dien Hy signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the People's Committee of Tra Vinh province on implementation of digital transformation and administrative reforms in the 2023-2025 period. VNPT Group is one of two enterprises in honor to be chosen by the People's Committee of Tra Vinh province to sign digital transformation cooperation agreements.

The content of the cooperation agreement includes: providing digital transformation solutions for e-government, towards digital government; cooperation in the field of telecommunications infrastructure construction, digital transformation solutions in smart city development; ensuring safety and security of information; training human resources for digital transformation; cooperation in digital transformation in a number of priority industries and fields such as education, smart agriculture, smart tourism, smart transportation, etc.
