Recently, in a meeting about launching electronic copy certification services on the National Civil Service Platform, VNPT Group has been assigned by Mr. Mai Tien Dung – Minister, Head of Governmental Office to collaborate with VN Post on deploying electronic copy certification services, setting a convenient rule of procedures for subscibers.

The rule that electronic copy certified from the main document has the same value as the main one has been used to compare certifications in transactions (with the exception of cases where other laws are to be applied). Therefore, people and businesses can conduct the majority of the documents that are provided in the electronic environment online.

In order for the opening to take place on July 1st, 2020, Mr Minister and Head of Governmental Office has suggested that offices, peoples and businesses support the cause of the Prime Minister in promoting the implementation of documents in the electronic environment.
