Recently, VNPT in Thanh Hoa province has organized a training session on the implementation of the digital school report software.

At the training session, VNPT introduced the Digital Transcript software system and trained staff in using and operating basic functions and operations in creating and using digital transcripts; the process of implementing digital school reports, digital signing, packaging, issuance, and archiving of school records; Connecting and exchanging digital school report data with the education and training sector database and the national database.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province, digital school reports will be piloted for primary schools, using grade 1 data for the 2023-2024 school year, with the 100% participation of districts, towns and cities. Up to this point, VNPT has sent full-time staff to closely monitor and support the parties, coordinate to hand over the digital transcript approval account to the Department of Education and Training, guide the Department of Education and Training to administer and supervise; advise on training forms for schools to ensure the progress of completing the pilot program before July 22, 2024.
