According to the election results for leadership positions of the National Cybersecurity Association (ANM) for the 2023 - 2028 term, leaders of ICT businesses have participated in the Association's Executive Committee. Chairman of the Board of Members of VNPT Group To Dung Thai was elected Vice Chairman of the National Cybersecurity Association.

The National Cybersecurity Association held its first congress for the 2023-2028 tenure in Hanoi on September 8 with the participation of Minister of Public Security Gen. To Lam.

The congress adopted the working orientations and agenda for its 2023-2028 tenure and elected an executive committee led by Deputy Minister of Public Security Sen. Lieut. Gen Luong Tam Quang.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Association is Lieutenant General Nguyen Minh Chinh, Director of the Department of Cyber Security and Hi-tech Crime Prevention (Ministry of Public Security).

In addition, the Association has Vice Chairmen including: Chairman of the Board of Directors of VNPT Group To Dung Thai; Chairman of CMC Technology Group Nguyen Trung Chinh; Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) Dang Hoang An; Chairman and General Director of Viettel Group Tao Duc Thang; and Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT Joint Stock Company Truong Gia Binh.
