On the afternoon of April 27, 2023, in Hanoi, Minister of Public Security To Lam and Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung attended the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement in the field of digital transformation between the Ministry of Public Security and Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT).

Leaders of the Ministry of Public Security trusted and continued to choose VNPT Group to be its partner in developing digital infrastructure which focuses on telecommunications infrastructure, data centers, cloud computing, shared infrastructure, and transmission infrastructure as well as other infrastructures in order to ensure efficiency, modernity, safety and smoothness. Speaking at the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Public Security and VNPT, Minister of Public Security To Lam believed and hoped that the newly-signed cooperation agreement would be a new development in the cooperation relationship between the two sides.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Members of VNPT To Dung Thai affirmed that, with existing resources and technological capabilities, VNPT committed itself to make every effort to work with the Ministry of Public Security to realize the goals and tasks of building digital infrastructure and digital transformation; implementing more effectively existing solutions and being willing to participate in new projects, creating new solutions, contributing to building a digital government, digital citizens and a digital society.
