Following the cooperation results achieved in 2023 and to concretize the contents signed between the two sides, in the afternoon of May 16^th, 2024, the Ho Chi Minh People's Union and Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) held a conference to sign the plan to implement the cooperation agreement in 2024.

According to the plan to implement the cooperation agreement in 2024, the two sides focus on upgrading and perfecting the union management software system, Eoffice document management and operation system, Ecabi paperless meeting room system. The two sides continue to coordinate in the management, operation and development of the Vietnam Youth application, including: Data conversion to the new system and launching an upgraded version in 2024 alongside some new utilities; organizing contests and programs on the Vietnamese Youth application; completing VNPT Money payment solutions on the Vietnam Youth application.

At the same time, the two sides continue to coordinate in developing the Project "Improving the digital transformation capacity of the Central Union Agency"; upgrading and completing the Portal of Vietnam Youth Creative Idea Bank; coordinating in the organization, implementation and propagation of the programs and activities of the Union.
